3 oz Carpano Dry Vermouth
0.5 Peach puree
0.5 Lemon Juice
2 oz Champagne (or sparkling wine)
Garnish: peach sliver
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice and top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with a peach sliver.
